The Seller and the Buyer shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
2. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement applies to purchases made by the Buyer through the Mumu Goods website operated at https://www.mumugoods.com/.
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the rights and obligations of the Parties concerning the sale, payment, delivery, cancellation, return, and refund of the products ordered by the Buyer through the website.
3. PRODUCTS AND ORDER DETAILS
The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the following product or products to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement:

The product description, quantity, price, delivery charges, and total amount displayed during the checkout process and included in the order confirmation form an integral part of this Agreement.
4. DELIVERY
The product or products shall be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process.
The estimated delivery period shall begin once the Seller has successfully received and confirmed the Buyer’s payment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery destination, courier service, product availability, customs procedures, public holidays, or circumstances outside the Seller’s reasonable control.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, delivery charges shall be paid by the Buyer and shall be clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.
The Buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. The Seller shall not be responsible for delays or additional expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount of the order using one of the payment methods made available on the website during checkout.
Payment shall be processed through the payment method selected by the Buyer.
The order shall not be considered confirmed until the payment has been successfully completed or authorised.
The Buyer confirms that they are authorised to use the payment method provided for the purchase.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After the Buyer places an order, the Seller shall provide an electronic order confirmation containing the relevant order information.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or reject an order in cases including, but not limited to:
- The product being unavailable or out of stock;
- Incorrect product or pricing information;
- Payment not being authorised;
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- Delivery being unavailable to the address provided by the Buyer.
Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid shall be refunded through the original payment method.
7. CANCELLATION AND RETURN RIGHTS
The Buyer may request to cancel or return eligible products within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the applicable laws of England and the terms stated in this Agreement.
To request a cancellation or return, the Buyer must contact the Seller’s customer service team and provide the order number and the reason for the request.
Returned products must be:
- Unused and undamaged;
- In their original condition;
- Returned with their original packaging;
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, labels, and included items.
The Buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be returned at the Seller’s expense under applicable law.
The Buyer should use an appropriate and trackable delivery service when returning a product. The Seller shall not be responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged during return transportation where the return was arranged by the Buyer.
8. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation or return where permitted by applicable law, including:
- Personalised or custom-made products;
- Products manufactured according to the Buyer’s specifications;
- Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Digital content or services where performance has begun with the Buyer’s prior consent;
- Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned incomplete.
Any applicable return restrictions shall be communicated to the Buyer before the order is completed.
9. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
The Buyer must contact the Seller as soon as reasonably possible if a product is delivered damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered.
The Buyer may be asked to provide photographs, videos, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence to allow the Seller to review the issue.
Where the Seller confirms that the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the Seller may offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, including:
- A replacement product;
- Repair, where appropriate;
- A partial refund;
- A full refund.
The Seller shall cover reasonable return shipping costs where the return is required due to a confirmed error or fault attributable to the Seller.
10. REFUNDS
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, the Seller shall notify the Buyer whether the return has been approved.
Where the return is approved, the refund shall be issued through the Buyer’s original payment method.
The Seller shall normally process approved refunds within 3–5 business days after the returned product reaches the Seller’s warehouse and is inspected.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the Buyer’s account may vary depending on the Buyer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, additional delivery services selected by the Buyer, such as express or premium shipping, may not be refundable beyond the cost of the standard delivery option.
11. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Buyer confirms that:
- The information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete;
- The Buyer has the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
- The payment method used belongs to the Buyer or is used with proper authorisation;
- The Buyer has reviewed the product information, price, delivery details, and terms before confirming the order;
- The Buyer shall inspect the delivered product within a reasonable period after receiving it.
12. SELLER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Seller agrees to:
- Provide accurate product and pricing information;
- Process orders with reasonable care;
- Deliver accepted orders to the delivery address provided by the Buyer;
- Handle cancellation, return, and refund requests in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law;
- Take reasonable measures to protect the Buyer’s personal and payment-related information.
13. PERSONAL DATA
Personal information collected from the Buyer shall be processed in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
The Buyer’s personal information may be shared with payment providers, delivery companies, service providers, and public authorities where reasonably necessary to process the order, deliver the products, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights of the Parties.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, supply chain interruptions, governmental restrictions, technical failures, or failures of third-party service providers.
15. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
This Agreement is concluded electronically.
By placing an order through the Mumu Goods website and confirming that they have read and accepted the applicable terms, the Buyer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
The electronic order confirmation, payment records, website records, and correspondence between the Parties may be used as evidence of the transaction, subject to applicable law.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or protections available to the Buyer under applicable law.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, together with the order confirmation, Refund and Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and other terms displayed on the Mumu Goods website, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the relevant order.
19. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Agreement enters into force electronically when the Buyer confirms the order and completes the payment process.
